Regular training

On past fall I had a gym card &climbing account. I went to gym &swim ~45 times in 12 weeks &what did I get? I gave.. Semi-climbing; I am not going to climb indoors hopefully regularry without (female)partner after this account runs out ever again. It sucks.. 19 times to go...

Feeling tired &fatty.

Been awhile

I train

Within past 3 weeks I have spent prolly ~20 hours @ gym, ran only for couple of miles, walked maybe 10, picked 2 grocery bags full of mushrooms, climbed 250m of average grade 5b, broke my left ankle for a week, strained right bicep &swam only a kilometre.

I just have not writen about it

New things to meditate &study:
-superburn (+4 for me, +8 for NAVY SEALs &~13 for M. Phelsp Mkals /d)
-"baby" training

too tired to write
I feel like ½-rotten, sundried Minced meat

Long time no entry

A lot has happened during over 3 years. I am "Clo-ser to the edge". Il'l check the past post &rant some more about how to become homo superior through training; "genetically different dude; ALPHA; A WINNER; like Brucie babe!" But the sun is about to hit me in the eye..
