A lot has happened since the last post.

Had a year of from climbing. It was worth it.

I had a year of from forests with a dog also. It was not worth it, but in between waching over granny &new hobbies; ww-padling &fly fishing I did not find time to go to the woods. I barely found time to do these.

I have drifted away from super training
-No 20 hours of outdoors /week; not even 5
-No hundreds of puhs-ups &crunches
-No constant balancing near diarhea
-No +150 training sessions

On running year I have had:
-under dozen outdoor climbing sessions
-7 gym sessions
- ~30 hours of paddling
-2 surfing sessions
-some X-country skiing &snowshoing
-maybe some free riding on snowboard
- ~15 indoor climbing sessions

=under 1/3 rd of previous running years training, not to mention non X-sisting basic training &taking dog for a walk. D: ,but maybe it is for the best.

I did go for a trek for the 1 st time in my life &fly fishing is a sport; kind of like golf...
