A lot has happened since the last post.

Had a year of from climbing. It was worth it.

I had a year of from forests with a dog also. It was not worth it, but in between waching over granny &new hobbies; ww-padling &fly fishing I did not find time to go to the woods. I barely found time to do these.

I have drifted away from super training
-No 20 hours of outdoors /week; not even 5
-No hundreds of puhs-ups &crunches
-No constant balancing near diarhea
-No +150 training sessions

On running year I have had:
-under dozen outdoor climbing sessions
-7 gym sessions
- ~30 hours of paddling
-2 surfing sessions
-some X-country skiing &snowshoing
-maybe some free riding on snowboard
- ~15 indoor climbing sessions

=under 1/3 rd of previous running years training, not to mention non X-sisting basic training &taking dog for a walk. D: ,but maybe it is for the best.

I did go for a trek for the 1 st time in my life &fly fishing is a sport; kind of like golf...

Regular training

On past fall I had a gym card &climbing account. I went to gym &swim ~45 times in 12 weeks &what did I get? I gave.. Semi-climbing; I am not going to climb indoors hopefully regularry without (female)partner after this account runs out ever again. It sucks.. 19 times to go...

Been awhile

I train

Within past 3 weeks I have spent prolly ~20 hours @ gym, ran only for couple of miles, walked maybe 10, picked 2 grocery bags full of mushrooms, climbed 250m of average grade 5b, broke my left ankle for a week, strained right bicep &swam only a kilometre.

I just have not writen about it

New things to meditate &study:
-superburn (+4 for me, +8 for NAVY SEALs &~13 for M. Phelsp Mkals /d)
-"baby" training

too tired to write
I feel like ½-rotten, sundried Minced meat

Long time no entry

A lot has happened during over 3 years. I am "Clo-ser to the edge". Il'l check the past post &rant some more about how to become homo superior through training; "genetically different dude; ALPHA; A WINNER; like Brucie babe!" But the sun is about to hit me in the eye..

Sugar &local pond

Funny how scale distorts @ the local pond; there is lots of mothers with infants & lots of kids. Some teens & few adults. In this environment a bit of muscle from gym smoke on the lip is enough to play the king of the pond. !!IT ANNOYS ME LIKE HELL!! It is like walking from thai-boxing class to back of imaginary mall where some punk starts tell how good boxer he is, because his father trained him a old small beamer among... It would be nice, if they would not beg attension from everybody! Yesterday there was "a normal" looking father in pikeeshirt, bermuda shorts &sunglasses. He acted normally, but these t-shirt heroes do not seem to capable of keeping a straight face, if they have few pounds of x-tra muscle.


Wonder food sugar is underestimated; what if it is bad food, since it is @ least energy; a pound of candy is a way to full fill days energy need, because pound of candy has over megakalor of energy. Sugar helps muscles to overcome stress &help body to repair it self.

Today's training:
~15 km of cycling

~1 h of training on monkeybars (there is lot to do still)
